This event was held at South Atlanta High School in Atlanta, Georgia with 70 plus young women participating in the Prom Dress Give Away event.
Valarie Bowens collected donations from her friends and community to be able to give theses young women dresses, shoes and jewelry for their prom night.
Valarie had a dream to make a difference and with months of planning she was able to make her big idea come true. It was the most amazing feeling ever to watch so many young women wait their turn, race across to the dress racks and then start trying on gowns with excitement.
Each young high school participant received a beautiful prom dress of their dreams thanks to Valerie Bowens, owner of Fierce & Fabulous Affairs. Valerie decided onday that she wanted to give back to the Atlanta inner city community, and especially give back to young women who need it the most.
